When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Where does the GUSSIE ship?

We ship to all 50 states. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

It says my item will be shipping "white glove." What does this mean?

This means rather than traditional ground options like UPS and FedEx, your item will be delivered, unboxed, and placed in your home by a specialized delivery team. Because in-home access is required, a member of our team will be in touch following order receipt to coordinate delivery. 

Can I choose to receive an item "white glove" instead of "ground" or vice versa?

Because the size and delicacy of an item dictate its shipping method, items marked as "white glove" can only be received via this method. Upon special request and with additional cost, a ground item may be shipped via white glove. For such requests, please email us at prior to purchase.

I live in the Tri-State area, can I pick up my item at your Greenwich store, Trovare Home, to avoid freight costs?

For certain items, we do allow free, in-store pick up. Eligibility is noted in the product description, and for such items the pick-up option will be enabled at check out. Please note: this does not mean the item is currently on the floor at TrovareIn most cases, lead times still apply to in-store pick up items. 

I'm a designer with a trade account and would like to have an item shipped to a receiver prior to install rather than via white glove. Is this is a possibility?

Yes. Please email us at prior to placing your order so we can arrange a custom rate and discuss logistics. 

What is the GUSSIE’s return policy?

  • We accept returns on accessories within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days may be returned for store credit. Both are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • We accept returns on lighting within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days may be returned for store credit. Both are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received or returned to us no longer than 30 days after initial delivery.
  • The following items are final sale and may not be returned: Artwork, Furniture, Mirrors. Please contact us at for any questions regarding our return policy. 
  • To make a return, please contact us at within 14 days of your delivery. Returned merchandise must arrive unopened and in good condition. 
  • Upon receipt of returned goods the GUSSIE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time, so if you would like to receive an item of an alternative design or size, please place a separate order through our website and return your previously purchased item.

Do I need to sign for my GUSSIE package?

No. If items are being shipped via ground, there is no signing requirement. For white glove items, access for delivery is required. 

What if my GUSSIE order is lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to

Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible at with any requests.

How do I track my order once it is placed?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
