It typically takes 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, tracking return information, and the items you returned. We will try to respond within 24 hours.

When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
We accept returns on accessories within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days may be returned for store credit. Both are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We accept returns on lighting within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days may be returned for store credit. Both are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received or returned to us no longer than 30 days after initial delivery.
The following items are final sale and may not be returned: Artwork, Furniture, Mirrors. Please contact email@example.com for any questions regarding our return policy.
To make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your delivery. Returned merchandise must arrive unopened and in good condition.
Upon receipt of returned goods the GUSSIE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, so if you would like to receive an item of an alternative design or size, please place a separate order through our website and return your previously purchased item.
If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to email@example.com
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
